Hi there! I'm Sara, of Italian origins but I like to consider myself a citizen of the world. Student of African Studies, my main focus of interest lies on security challenges that African countries have to face (encompassing migration, climate change, food security and stability). I am a curious person, with a recently-found passion for cooking - in particular vegan sweets and cakes. The first thing I usually do when I arrive in a new country is going for a dinner in a local restaurant so that I get to know the country through its culinary traditions.
