    I like the interview and the isights it gives; but I do think that for a pod cast you go into so many direction; probably after teh interview you could have tried to take out a topic and turn the podcast into a certain direction. In this interview are many interesting points that are on integration; I like the format you choose in the form of a radio interview; hope you will continue with the episodes.
