This is the Voice4Thought page on my internship in Harare, Zimbabwe. The internship is part of the Master African Studies at Leiden University. I will use this space to publish the stories I am doing at the newspaper I am interning at called ‘NewsDay’. I am part of the online-department there – making sure the news from the published paper is spread on various social media. In addition, I am attributing to the production of new items. My research is on the relation between social media and political participation in Zimbabwe.
